Category I* Expert 1: Senior expert/team leader
The senior expert will have the overall responsibility for the coordination and management carrying out the assignments as described by these terms of reference, ensuring: overall guidance for the collection and analysis of data; respect of deadlines; quality; consistency and high-standards of outcomes; and accuracy and defensibility of any economic/econometric models developed to attribute data to states or zip codes. S/he will have experience managing teams and be familiar with international trade and the analysis of economic data and statistics, including the modelling of economic data.

Qualifications and Skills
• A master's degree (or equivalent work experience) in a field related to international trade, economics, or statistics.
• At least ten years of post-graduate professional experience in one of the above fields.
• Knowledge of European economic operators in the US.
• English level C2 orally and written. Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience leading and coordinating teams on at least two different assignments.
• Experience with the US market and the way statistics are reported in the US. 
Category II*  
Category III* Expert 2: Junior expert
This expert will have the responsibility for gathering the necessary data from public and private sources, applying the economic/econometric models developed to the data sets,
organizing the data into an easily manipulable Excel spreadsheet(s), and drafting instructions for the proper use and maintenance of the spreadsheet. This expert will further be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the infographics and web-materials developed.
Qualifications
• A master's degree (or equivalent work experience) in a field related to international trade, economics, or statistics.7
• At least three years of post-graduate professional experience in one of the above fields.
• Knowledge of European economic operators in the US.
• Experience building data sets from multiple sources.
• English level C1 (at minimum) orally and written. Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with the US market and the way statistics are reported in the US.

Expert 3: Junior expert
This expert will have the responsibility for designing and generating the infographics, website, and web-based materials. This expert will further be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the infographics and web-materials developed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a field related to marketing, computer programing, design, communications, international trade, economics, or statistics.
• At least three years of post-graduate professional experience in one of the above fields.
• Experience creating infographics that depict complex economic relations in an easily digestible format.
• English level C1 (at minimum) orally and written. Excellent communication skills.
